Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Breaded Prints ("Screen Print Shop", "we", "us", or "our") and the customer ("Customer", "you", or "your") engaging our services. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

**1. Orders and Specifications:**
1.1. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Screen Print Shop.
1.2. Specifications for orders, including but not limited to, artwork, quantity, color, size, and material, must be provided by the Customer in a suitable format.
1.3. Any changes to orders must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may result in additional costs and/or delays.

**2. Artwork:**
2.1. The Customer is responsible for providing artwork that complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright and trademark laws.
2.2. The Customer is responsible for providing artwork that is sizes to desired measurements/proportions. We WILL NOT adjust your artwork unless spoken about prior
2.3. The final product's look may differ from the original mock up. This is due to converting a digital image into a real life CMYK print. As well as not accuratly matching the digital mock up

**3. Pricing and Payment:**
3.1. Prices are as quoted and are subject to change without notice.
3.2. Payment must be made in full prior to production unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3.3. Payments are accepted in the form of cash, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.

**4. Turnaround Time:**
4.1. Turnaround times are ESTIMATES and are not guaranteed.
4.2. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, supplier delays, equipment malfunctions, or acts of nature.

**5. Quality Assurance:**
5.1. We strive to produce high-quality prints, but slight variations may occur between orders.
5.2. Claims for defects or errors must be made within 5 business days of receipt of the order.

**6. Ownership and Intellectual Property:**
6.1. The Customer retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in the provided artwork.
6.2. The Screen Print Shop retains ownership of all screens, films, and other materials produced in the course of fulfilling the order.

**7. Shipping and Delivery:**
7.1. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise agreed upon.
7.2. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier.

**8. Cancellation and Refunds:**
8.1. Orders may be cancelled by the Customer within 24 hours of placement, subject to any costs incurred by the Screen Print Shop.
8.2. After 24 hrs, no refunds.

**9. Limitation of Liability:**
9.1. In no event shall the Screen Print Shop be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.
9.2. Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the order.

**10. Amendments:**
10.1. These Terms may be amended by Breaded Prints from time to time without notice. The amended Terms will be effective upon posting on our website.
